All Grades
- Typing Pal for 10 minutes. Complete at least 4 exercises or 3 practices.
- Using the nutrition labels and the food pyramid as a guide, create a healthy meal with your partner. Complete the Planning a Healthy Meal Worksheet and turn in at the end of class.
- Go to the Step Up...Get Active, Get Healthy Trackstar. Update your MyPyramid Tracker on a daily basis ( food intake, physical activity). Play some interactive games about health and nutrition.

- Typing Pal for 10 minutes. Complete at least 4 exercises or 3 practices.
- View the 60 A Day PSA's at SmallStepsKids.gov.
- After discussing the Step Up...Get Active, Get Healthy Challenge, watch the Jungle Gym PSA.
- Go to MyPyramid.gov and watch the animation about the new food pyramid.
- Go to the My Pyramid tracker link and enter in your daily food intake and activities.
- Watch more PSA's, take the Small Step Challenge, and play interactive games at SmallStepsKids.gov.
- Log your daily activities and meals and snacks for at least 5 days to win some great prizes. Use the Activity Log and the Meals/Snacks Log (both are due Monday, May 4, 2009)
- Watch the Get Active Powerpoint.

- Visit BrainPop.com. Search for "digital animation," watch the video and then play the quiz. Take the graded quiz and print out your score.
